I was in a minor accident and was referred to DCR Systems by my BMW dealership. I was able to get in relatively quick upon calling. Everyone at DCR was very kind throughout the entire process! Ryan was the technician who worked on my car, and he did a beautiful job! He reached out to me when he found more damage (that wasn’t visible on the outside) during the diagnostic process than what the insurance originally appraised, and he even reached out to the insurance company himself. I didn’t have to worry about anything, and my car looks just like new! With the holidays playing a part, it did take longer than expected, but it was worth it for how great my car looks, thanks to DCR!
